Module 1:January 17-26
Module 2: April 10th-19th
Module 1: Sthira, The Foundation
In this first module, we will explore the importance of feeling stable, supported, and rooted in our practice and in our lives. Studying the limbs, spine, and bandhas, through fundamental postures and pranayama, we will deepen our understanding or our own bodies, identify patterns that no longer serve us, and create new, safe ways of moving.
Module 2: Sukha, The Freedom of Movement
Once we feel safe and secure we are free to move and grow in new, fun ways. In module 2 we will learn the art of moving through space with ease as we explore the hips and shoulder joints and glide through graceful transitions (the movement between postures), attuning to what feels good rather than what looks good. Going deeper into the subtle body we will discover the movement of our energy through pranayama and the chakra system.
Both modules will support you in learning:
- Asana and transition
- Alignment and support
- Movement mastery/motion
- Discovering your voice
- The space between movement and foundation
- Spiritual growth and development
- Breath synchronicity and pranayama techniques
- Workshop development
- Business and money mindset

Jessica L Bio:
Jessica La Paglia is an E-RYT 200 hr and Strala RYS 300 hr trained yoga teacher who believes yoga is the glue that unites us all with universal love and connection.
Jessica's belief in yoga's ability to bring synchronicity to one’s life is what led her to complete her first yoga teacher training in 2017 at Zeal Yoga in Jupiter, Florida. She then went on to complete Strala Yoga’s 300+ Advanced Leadership Training Program in New York with world renowned Strala founders Tara Stiles and Mike Taylor. Strala teaches the practice of ease — it uses yoga, tai chi, and traditional Chinese and Japanese medicines to help people release stress, let go of bad habits, and move easily through challenges.
Her combination of natural movement, practical anatomy knowledge and supportive touch is what makes Jessica such a dynamic yoga teacher. After 15 years of practice, she has developed a strong belief that we are all deeply connected to the earth and beings everywhere, and she aspires to bring this belief forward in her teachings.
