At Mountain Zen Yoga Studio, we believe yoga should be accessible, joyful, and rooted in connection — to yourself, to others, and to the mountains that surround us.
Since 2018, we've been bringing yoga to cabins, retreats, farms, and gathering spaces across Sevier County and beyond.
We come to you with everything you need — mats, props, and music included. Whether you're planning a bachelorette party, a family retreat, or a mountain morning for your crew, every session is tailored to your group's energy and goals.

Mobile Yoga
Yoga, wherever you already are. Heather brings the mats, the music, and the space to breathe right to your cabin, rental, or backyard. All levels welcome.
Goat Yoga
